SIG on International Women in Construction Day

SIG Ireland has raised the bar again with its fourth annual Women in Construction Lunch.

Bringing more than 85 senior female leaders and managers to The Westbury Hotel,
Dublin for a standout industry event marking International Women in Construction Day.

Held in partnership with SIG Workplace, the lunch drew a heavyweight crowd from across the sector, including architects, directors, consultants, procurement specialists, suppliers and public agency representatives, in what SIG described as its
most ambitious event to date.

Two panel discussions tackled the big issues shaping the sector, from leadership and career progression to allyship, workplace culture and the future of design. A live performance from Mary Byrne rounded off the afternoon, giving the event real energy as well as impact.
