selfbuild.ie provides access to premium content, resources, and services on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis
Your subscription will automatically renew each month
Access continues until cancelled
Payments are processed securely via Stripe
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis
Prices are displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
You will be charged unless you cancel before the renewal date
Renewal charges will be at the current subscription rate
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at info@selfbuild.ie
Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle
Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
After this period, access to subscription content will be terminated

Users can cancel their subscription through their online account dashboard where available
Alternatively, users may request cancellation by emailing info@selfbuild.ie
We aim to process cancellation requests promptly, typically within 2 business days
You are responsible for ensuring cancellation is requested before the renewal date
Confirmation of cancellation will be provided via email
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
Refunds may be considered at our discretion or where required by law
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
You agree not to: – Share your account access with others – Use the service for unlawful purposes – Attempt to interfere with the platform’s operation
We aim to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the service will always be available.
We may suspend or modify services for maintenance or updates.
We may: – Modify subscription pricing (with notice) – Change or update content and features
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: – Indirect or consequential losses – Loss of data or business
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and applicable UK law.
