Instead of traditional onsite construction, WeberHaus manufactures modular components in its factory. Once foundations are ready, the panels arrive and the house is assembled in days.
The company’s panelised timber system enables flexible design, from pre-made models to fully bespoke houses tailored to each client’s vision. Every aspect can be customised, including property size, roof, windows, façade, interiors, f looring, wall finishes, bathrooms, and kitchens. Clients may select from WeberHaus’s curated materials at the World of Living in Germany or opt for their own choices. Specific requests for kitchens, bathrooms, and lighting are easily accommodated, ensuring a personalised build from start to finish.
WeberHaus starts with a tailormade, bespoke timber frame constructed in a temperature-controlled factory and cleverly combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary production methods. By installing multiple elements into the factory build, on-site construction is kept to a minimum, so WeberHaus houses are erected quickly and efficiently.

• Any design is possible! Rather than offering a prescriptive set of designs, WeberHaus can design and build whatever your dream home might be. For those bound by conservation requirements, WeberHaus can work with you to create the home you’ve always wanted.
• Finished homes receive outstanding energy efficiency ratings due to excellent thermal efficiency, airtightness, triple-glazed windows and use of renewable energy. All of WeberHaus’ recent turnkey projects have been A-rated.
