Offloading: Please follow directions from our staff who will help you find a good location to offload. Once completed, move vehicles to the car park to free up space for others.

Courier deliveries: If you have a courier delivering items, please ensure a member of your staff is on site to take delivery. With over 100 companies at the event, we cannot take responsibility for ensuring items reach your stand. The same applies for collections.

Forklift: A 2-tonne forklift will be available on site during both build-up and breakdown.

Five exhibitor badges will be provided as standard for each company. Additional badges can be collected from the Info Centre at any time during the show.

Badges will be delivered to your stand before the event begins. They should be worn at all times to identify yourself as an exhibitor and to gain access to the Exhibitor Lounge.

Important: Badges will only be handed out once final invoice payment has been received. Please ensure your account is settled in advance.

The venue will be locked at night and general stewarding will be provided. However, we are unable to accept responsibility for the security of valuables or other items on your stand or in transit.

Small or high-value items should be removed when your stand is unattended.

The risk of theft is particularly high before and after the show, including during breakdown. No valuable items should be left unattended. “Night screens” are advised — they work on the “out of sight – out of mind” principle but are not a barrier to a determined thief.

You are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance cover, including:

• Exhibits and Contents — loss of or damage to same
• Public Liability and Third Party Risks
• Employers Liability for your staff
• Expenses due to abandonment, postponement, or damage to exhibits

Exhibitions fall under the Construction, Design & Management (CDM) Regulations. Exhibitors are responsible for appointing a competent contractor, which may be your own company, and for ensuring you have all you need to create a structurally sound stand.

Car parking will be free of charge for Exhibitors. Please follow directions from the parking attendants onsite.

Free Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue for all exhibitors. The login details will be emailed out to everyone individually in advance of the event.

Café facilities will be available throughout the show days, offering a range of refreshments and light meals for both exhibitors and visitors.

For any additional essentials, the nearest convenience stores are located in nearby Lisburn and Sprucefield, just a short drive from the venue.

A dedicated exhibitor area will be available throughout show opening hours, providing a comfortable space for exhibitors to relax, catch up on emails, or hold informal meetings during the event.

Complimentary tea and coffee will be available throughout the day. The area is designed to give exhibitors a convenient place to take a short break away from the exhibition floor while still remaining close to the event activity.

Please note that carpet is not included within the exhibition space. The flooring in the main Eikon Hall is a smooth concrete surface suitable for exhibition stands and vehicle access.
