    Hi all,

My ground floor is 100mm 30N concrete and on top is 150mm xtratherm insulation and on top of that 75mm easy screed to go over under floor heating.

I undersrand I need to check that my direct labour person building the base will install waste pipe for toilet etc including radon pipes and air intake pipes under subfloor.

However do I need to also place the pipes for sink, shower and washing machine under subfloor or can I worry about that after subfloor is poured? Do i put the fresh water pipe in subfloor or under easy screed floor?

I am building a 2 story house. First floor will be a precast concrete floor. So i was going to just pour subfloor for now and when I get to first floor then i can get plumber for both ground floor and first floor then plus easy screed both floors at one time.
